Brighton Dental Clinic was founded in 2010 by Dr. James Whitfield with a clear purpose: to create a dental practice where patients receive the highest standard of clinical care in an environment that feels more like a home than a hospital.
From our beginnings in a single treatment room, we have grown into a multi-specialist practice equipped with the latest digital technology. What has never changed is our commitment to treating every patient as an individual, taking time to listen, explain, and ensure complete comfort.
Today, our team of four specialist dentists and dedicated support staff serves over 2,000 patients, offering everything from routine check-ups to complex implant surgery and full smile makeovers. We are proud of the trust our community places in us and work hard every day to deserve it.

Dr. Whitfield founded Brighton Dental Clinic over 15 years ago with a vision to provide exceptional dental care in a warm, welcoming environment. With advanced training in implantology and cosmetic dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons, he has placed over 2,000 dental implants and transformed thousands of smiles.
